Whale Watchers had a great day on the water yesterday. K Pod, one of our Southern Resident Pods were sighted just South of Race Rocks Ecological Reserve heading East. By yesterday evening K Pod were heard chatting to each other on the Lime Kiln hydrophone on San Juan Island. Resident Killer Whales on a crisp, clear day in January…. Perfect!
